BROWN'S TOWN: Art Inspired by Ohio's Football Heritage

Brown's Town: Art Inspired by Ohio's Football Heritage is a new, statewide, juried art exhibition in the Paul Brown Museum at the Massillon Museum. Current and former Ohio residents were invited to submit artwork completed within the last five years inspired by themes relating to the father of modern football, Paul Brown.

125 YEARS of the Greatest Rivalry in High School Football

The exhibition, which coincides with the 125th anniversary of the Massillon and Canton rivalry, includes 107 game programs from the Massillon/McKinley rivalry series, photographs of nearly all Massillon and Canton coaches since 1894, and artifacts and photographs depicting the rivalry game and the traditions surrounding it.
LOYAL TO THE LOT: Photographs by Stephen Tomasko

Loyal to the Lot has been Stephen Tomasko’s ongoing project since 2012, set within the huge Cleveland Municipal Parking Lot, illustrating with visual stories the Cleveland Browns’ fans who gather there. The “Muni Lot” is home to a massive tailgating party before every Browns home game. For more than thirty years, Stephen Tomasko has made drawings, paintings, and uncompromising straight photographs of the American life and landscape.
